While dropping the car, there was some local road market on that day. All roads were blocked. Had to drop with a great difficulty. But the receiver was very helpful. 5 star to his help. He even dropped me on the main road. Thanks to him for his kind help.

Please do not use zoomcar if you wish not to loose your hard earned money, these guys won't refund the amount. You can see thousands of complaints everywhere , instagram, twitter, YouTube . These guys are scammers and company has zero customer support. Still if you do not have other option and thinking of choosing their service, May God bless you.

I am writing this comment in Feb 2021, of rental booked from zoom car in Nov 2020.
On picking up the car we realized left passenger side window not working - 1 head lamp not working and several maintenance issues in mahindra scorpio the car we choose for rental, delivery agent said its not a major issue you can take the car.
After driving 400 kms we observed some smoke coming from bonnet we got it checked and came to know clutch plate is faulty on complaining to zoom car they advised to leave the car and they will pick up without any replacement car option or pay the repair bill and no compensation because cost was exceeding 2500 Rs.
Anyways mahindra advised to use minimum possible clutch - imagine driving manual car with caution of driving without clutch.
When we returned zoom offered 2000 Rs in wallet as compensation i denied the offer and asked them to process refund instead on priority.
Today is 13/02/2021 almost 90 days passed but refund not processed.
Now how would you say this car rental service and what rating would you offer for this king of service.
Simply pathetic. Not recommended
Opt for any other option if you have but not zoom car.
