Call center is responsive, responsible and easily accessible. In these days of banks and companies thinking it is old fashion to respond to a customer call, savaari is doing A very good job. No last minute cancellations. Transparent and economical pricing. I would love to use Savaari. AHRao Bangalore

Please don't book cars through Savari.. worst experience, I have Booked a car by phone, paid 1000/- in advance. Also received a confirmation email. Guess what car hasn’t arrived to pickup us ?. I called them back to ask where was the driver, and their reply was “sorry sir our cars are already booked we can not provide you a cab now, we can refund your money back “ ? They should have email be before about this so that I would have booked another cab.

Booked a cab 3 days in advance. Savaari shared the car and driver details a day before the journey. But the driver didn't call even before an hour of the booking time. I called up the driver, he said he wouldn't be able to reach my place! Reached out to their pathetic customer care. One lady put me in conference with the driver and absconded and the other lady took 8minutes time to inform me that she was not able to reach her Hyderabad team nor the driver. So, she had thrown an advise at me to go with some other cab service in the lat minute!

Car conditions and driver is good. However while booking these people don't give quotation for actual km distance between two places and after the trip you end up paying so much extra money. Like in my case quotation showed 547 km distance however actual km was 660. And I paid for the rest of Km. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Reasons don’t travel with Savaari:::: Reason 1- Drivers say directly to customers don’t book with savaari again —- well customers like me will not book anyway as we have so many others 2 - when a person book a cab in airports- customers expect the Taxi should come to arrivals or departures— but in Savaari — customers has to go far where drivers wish to park their cars. 3- I booked car at certain time and savaari clearly mentioned if you are arrived by the pickup time you don’t need to pay — but drivers come and park the car from the time they reaches and they ask you to pay the parking charges. ?? 4- paying parking charges is not a matter for me it’s just ₹250. But I arrived on time for the pickup and drivers asking that money was rude and even Savaari tells you when booking the car— Sir if you are late for your pickup time then you need to pay parking charges (strange) Based on my previous experiences I am not happy at all with Savaari and I will never ? book again. Thanks
