Located close-by from the main road at approximately 500 meters and is accessible by walk. The waiting hall is large enough to hold around 20 people conveniently. A poorly maintained restroom is located next to the waiting room though it's advisable to not use it due to it's unhealthy environment. The employees are courteous though and keep the passengers updated about the status of their running bus that's yet to reach the RKT office. There is also ample parking facility in front of the office for both 2 and 4 wheelers, especially in the night, though they aren't designated parking areas.

Value for money and the staff behaviour is good always ... Travelled many times and feels safe. They have services to Bengaluru and chennai from Madurai, Trichy and Pudukkottai

Please improve the cleanliness overall... Besides that I have always managed to grab seats when needed during peak season and when it is much needed. Though they don't run as per the scheduled timing they are far better than other prominent travels ?
