The staff at Manali was horrible. Guy named Gautham is extremely ride to customers. I would never recommend this service to anyone. If you are heading to Manali from Delhi try National or any other bus service.

12.01.21 - Expectation - Pick up @ 10.30PM Sec 43, Chandigarh Reality - 3 times the pick up point was changed, final pick up point was known to auto driver only and finally after long wait the bus arrived at 1 o'clock. If you have enough patience you may definitely book this bus. Pricing was good, seating is comfortable and bus was clean and tidy. I personally felt, Staff was good, when we over slept and missed our destination, one of the staff member guided us, how to reach there. Only thing the Org must work on is bus timing.

Booked KTC bus for my Manlai trip. Bus condition and seats are good and comfortable. While returning (from manali to delhi), bus was two hours late. Also bus is filled with mosquito and bugs. Staff behavior is not good, I asked one extra water bottle and they refuse to provide. Blanket was not clean.

Bus from Manali to Delhi was on time, but the overall service were pathetic. I paid about 1500Rs vs 900-1000 for other buses assuming that it will have the best service as they charging extra. They did not make us aware that Himachal still has restriction on volvo buses and confirmed about the trip. At the pick up point near Manali mall road they transported us in 4 seater vechile to outside somwhere in the big bus, then again that bus was stopped somewhere in border and we were trasported to an RTV, again in Haryana border from RTV (after 2 hours of Journey) they trasnported to another volvo which reached Delhi finally. There was no covid protocols followed, neither the staff was wearning mask nor they imposed and mandate it for passengers. From Haryana to Delhi the volvo was packed , means passengers were sitting next to each other. In the the first transport in the small vechile we were squeezed to sit together and people sitting next had no mask.

Horrible service, I am traveling from Delhi to Manali on 30/09/2021. From the first point of contact it was worst. No exact location for pickup in Delhi, departure time from Delhi was 8 PM but bus was left at 11:30 PM. And Bus Speed is 20 km/hr from the beginning. Reaching time of Manali is 10:30 AM but I'm still traveling 12:30 and Bus operator don't know ki kb pahucha payenge ye. Itni ghatiya service to maine aaj tk nhi dekhi h. Logo ko washroom jana tha to bus wala kahi rok nhi raha tha or apne ears me lead lga ke baitha hai.. jisse ki koi kuch bole to sunayi hi na de.
