This satsang is purely spiritual. The core of this Satsang is internal purification and without internal purification one cannot attain eternal peace which is the summon bonum of life. The main method of this Satsang is UPASANA. There is two methods of UPASANA: Sabda yoga and Prakash yoga. Here the seekers of self-realization follow the path of Prakash yoga.
