This is one of the 52 gates of medieval city of Aurangabad. This is one of the remaining of great assets of old Aurangabad city from the Mughal era, this is as usual humongous with big door of hard wood and big metal sharp nails on the door. A huge walls and typical Mughal architectural doom. This is the sign here, Baqole shair..... Main Khandaron Ki Zameen Pe Kab Se Bhatak Raha Hun, Yahin Kahin Zindagi Ke Ma.ani Gire Hain Aur Gir Ke Kho Gaye Hain.....

Out of the 52, only four main and nine subordinate gates have survived, the most famous, oldest and biggest of them being the Bhadkal Gate near the Naukhanda Palace of Nizams.

A historical Gate in rampart around old city Aurangabad. It's near to "mondha" i.e. wholesale brain market. it's out facing south direction . The sunday flea market is very famous for many things, plastic welding, cloths, machine parts, tools, old computers, old coins what not !!
