The place has got good infrastructure but is very poorly managed. Cleanliness is lacking, they hardly have any trained staff, they employ adhoc staff for conduct of marriages, so the facilities are lacking for hotel guests, there is no regular cleaning, tv does not get recharged for guests, unserviceable kettles, swimming pool is used by local population with payment of money to the guy managing the pool who makes a fast buck allowing them, badly managed pool, no hygienic standards maintained, no intercom for reception though phones exist but switched off, i was the only guest for two days till the last day a marriage party arrived, they shut down the restaurant to cater for the marriage party and it was only when i asked them for a check out at night they arranged some food from somewhere, one of the staff suggested to get in as marriage guest to have food, management is below par and unprofessional, notwithstanding they have got the infrastructure in place but no trained people to run the show, hope they do the needful, the restaurant is below par, has a franchisee with Sagar ratna for trademark south indian food but provided only till 8 pm and the service is below par, the restaurant has only two air conditioners which are inadequate, very sweaty experience in this sultry weather,

I went to visit this place. The place is good with lots of swings where kids as well as adults can enjoy. BUT in evening time there wasn't even one big light that's annoying. It's too hot 43-46° C out there , so we visited in evening time. But it was really pretty annoying that we can't even see anything, no lights at all Secondary On the entry gate they charged 100Rupees per head for using only swings and if you want to go to Restaurants as well they are changing 150 Rupees per head. And there will be no return of money if you haven't used all your money that you have given at the gate. Although if you have spent more than you have paid at the gate they will charge more. Restaurants and food was not at all good. Super high priced with less quantity. The service at the restaurants is unacceptable. #Disappointed
