The reception service is bad. We did not experience AC problems but there were other people complaining about AC not working for the whole night.

I never write a BAD review , but this time I have to write as it was the WORST experience I ever had, I think 2 star hotels have better services.
I think it was my first and the last visit to this HOTEL, as I had booked the best category room(Premium), in which I found the sheets with stain and on asking the receptionist to change it I got the answer that it's the laundry problem so they can't do anything.
Again the air conditioner was not working properly it was like an air cooler the whole night, we had to sleep with the fans on and in the morning both the fan and the air cooler (AC) so called air-conditioner was totally out and wen we complained regarding that , the person came after an hour and said that " Sir , electricity nahi hai isliye AC nahi chalega and fan ka switch kharab hai".
So , at last we had to check out without breakfast as that was also the best that we couldn't eat.
So I request the management to please see seriously into this matter and don't play with people's hard earned money.

Good at the heart of the city. Great location. Recently upgraded restaurant. Rooms are getting upgraded. Ask for an upgraded room for better experience.
The owners keeps his five cars parked in the premises which causes guests some inconvenience.
