Disappointing Experience at O2 Villa, Igatpuri I recently had the opportunity to stay at O2 Villa in Igatpuri, and I must say that my experience was highly disappointing. Despite the picturesque location, the limited facilities and high cost left much to be desired. One of the major issues I encountered was the frequent power cuts. On one occasion, the power was out for a staggering six hours. When I approached the staff to inquire about possible accommodations or alternatives during this inconvenience, I was met with a dismissive response. They simply stated that they were not responsible for the power cuts, as it was mentioned in the consent letter. It was disheartening to see their lack of concern for the guests' comfort and the absence of any effort to make the situation more bearable. Furthermore, it became evident that their main focus was solely on extracting payments and finding reasons to charge additional fees. Their lack of support and understanding of our predicament only reinforced the notion that they prioritize their own interests over those of their guests. Considering the high price tag associated with O2 Villa, I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. There are far superior places available in the area that offer better amenities, customer service, and value for money. Two alternatives I can confidently recommend are Nirwana Organics Farm and Sanskruti Resort, which provide exceptional experiences and a genuinely supportive environment. In conclusion, save your hard-earned money and opt for a more enjoyable and hassle-free stay elsewhere. O2 Villa failed to meet expectations, and I regret my decision to choose them for my accommodation in Igatpuri. I hope this review accurately reflects your experience and helps others make an informed decision.

This villa is located at Igatpuri a great place to visit in monsoon and winter season. It has infinity pool with valley view. 5 AC bedrooms, a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a sit-out overlooking the garden. Each bedroom has a king size bed. thereby accommodating around 20-25 Guests at a time. Pre booking is required.! They also provide food on chargeable basis.

Villa infra n amenities are quite outdated, water leakage in the bathrooms and geysers not working. With O2 brand name, all this things needs to be sorted first before taking any new bookings. Food was not at all upto the mark, had to call up the kitchen many times for quality and quantity. 2 stars just for the scenic location and big space. All reviews posted recently with 4 or 5 stars are just fake reviews to keep the property earnings churning.
