Beautiful, well maintained ghat. The ghat is surrounded by a beautiful green garden . There are many chairs to sit and enjoy the cool river breeze. Many school and college goers come here for hangout. Hawkers sell snacks like Jhal Muri, Ghoti Gorom etc.

Most beautiful places caz its situated at the middle of both bridges, Howrah bridge & 2nd bridge. So you can click full photos og both bridges with river. Evening time is best for photographs

People want to enjoy beauty of the Ganges and also want to enjoy a quiet environment should come here. This place is little distant from princep ghat which has its own great beauty but you can almost never find it uncrowded. But minmangal ghat on the other hand is almost always empty with very few people sitting there. Also here you can go closer to the river. Another great point is from here you can see both Rabindra setu and Vidyasagar setu.
