The staff was very cooperative. I was very comfortable though it was my first X-ray. They maintained the appointment schedule well. The whole procedure went very smoothly. Even the report was sent within hours on mail. It helped us to consult our doctors for further treatment on time. Again thank you so much for all your help.
But the amazing thing is, they have all the best equipment. If you need to get important tests done, for example radiology tests required for surgery or something, you should definitely go there!
Of course, their cost might be little higher than others but it's more than worth it.
Best service, experienced radiologists, supportive staff and best equipments!

Premise was neat and clean. Well kept but overall bad experience because of the doctor's behavior. It was required to do single sitting of follicular study(instead of multiple), but he was getting confused and telling us that either you or the doctor who prescribed this is confused. We never tried to explain what follicular study is, he started saying abruptly that I'm the doctor, I know what it means, it has multiple sittings etc etc.. This is not something that's expected from a doctor. If he is doctor then he should know what the other doctor has written and wants from the test.

With all due respect sir, we did talk about it. And yes ofcourse I know you are MD - Radio diagnosis. That's not questionable. The problem was pre-assumption that other people are stupid. You explained follicular study as we were insisting on single sitting(as prescribed by our GYN). So you kept emphasising that follicular study is not possible in single sitting and asked us to confirm again with our doctor. On one hand, you were not willing to talk to our doc(to clarify between doc to doc) and denying single sitting possibility; on the other hand our doc had already told us specifically for single sitting which we also emphasized to you repeatedly. So what are patients supposed to do at such time? And the tone of the conversation was more towards 'you don't know what it is'(which I even agree, we may not know, we are not doctors, but our doc who prescribed the test also doesn't know?). Hence from my point of view as a patient, it was indeed bad behaviour as a doctor. And it was NOT **proposed** or **false allegation** of bad behavior. Whether or not you accept and take the feedback positively is entirely upto you sir.
Well, now reading your reply to my above review, I actually took your advice to learn more and Googled 'what is single sitting follicular study' and there it was.
Please feel free to correct me if I misrepresented about anything by mistake.
