Dr. Rivonkar was fantastic and realistic.. No extras.. Did the checks and x-rays required and provided medical advice. Was also very assuring to the patient. My reason for a 3.. this is an Xray place located on the first floor, and in existence for quite sometime. the parking to the elevator is a small walk and if someone is unable to walk because of conditions one would go for an xray, then the clinic does not have a wheelchair. when this was told to the staff, they had zero reaction, or interest in taking the input. Its a clinic. Period. A wheelchair facility just strengthens the doctors efforts in caring for a patient in need of care.

Today 29th June 2019 I took my 4 yrs old son for xray. His staff was not able 2 do so dey called Doc.. He shouted very badly on my kid as he was crying out of pain. Later he started training his staff how to do xray while conducting on my son. I just took my son out & got the xray done in Raghuvanshi xray. Dr. Ravindra Rivonkar is One of the worst doctor I have ever met in Goa. I strongly don't recommend such fake & money making doctors. Faltu & Psycho in nature.

Highly uncourteous staff especially patient coordinator Kimberly who throws uncalled for attitude and is highly rude. Patients are attended in random order. Doctor must teach the staff to be humble and polite with the patients.
