My elderly parents wanted to go for a 12-day pilgrimage to Ayodhya - Prayagraj - Chitrakoot - Varanasi. After doing intensive research I chose A.K. Tours which is headed by Mr. Arun Kurri. Mr. Kurri assigned a very proficient and well-behaved driver (Driver name - Mr. Pintu) and an AC Sedan car in excellent condition for my senior citizen parents. As I was not able to go with my parents, I was constantly worried about my parent's well-being. But booking A.K. Tours turned out to be the best decision for me as both Mr. Kurri and the driver Mr. Pintu made sure that the whole trip goes smoothly.
The driver was very well behaved and polite-spoken. He was punctual and threw no tantrums even when my parents requested him to come early morning or when my parents wanted to visit a particular temple multiple times. The driver arranged an E-Riksha for my parents wherever it was not possible to take the car. He also helped them in searching for pure vegetarian restaurants. He made sure that he takes the car to the end of the parking zone so that my elderly parents don't have to walk much. He never argued/fought or raised his voice. He totally followed the instructions and tried his level best to make the trip comfortable for my parents. He even used to call me on my number occasionally and inform me about the status of the trip. I really liked his pro-activeness. He drove the vehicle safely and within the speed limits. He took care of the safety by not attending to phone calls while driving the vehicle. He was not annoying or too talkative.. he spoke only when required. He was present at the airport before the flight landed and dropped my parents back to the airport on time for the return flight.
During one instance when the car broke down because of unavoidable reasons, Mr. Kurri (owner) himself went to the venue to escort my parents and made sure that my parents reach the hotel safely and on time. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. While making the booking Mr. Kurri had promised me that he would take care of my parents and that I need not worry - he totally kept his promise and gave excellent customer service and experience to my parents. I had contacted 12 tours and travels before finalizing A.K.Tours. Mr. Kurri's service not only turned out to be the best but is also the most reasonably priced. I highly recommend A.K.Tours and Travel to everyone who is looking for a tension-free pilgrimage experience. Everything was so clear - itinerary, routes, price, car type, mode of payment, etc - there was no confusion anywhere - the whole trip was hassle-free. My Kurri's main intention was to give the best experience to my parents and he himself took care of all the arrangements and made sure that my parents return back with sweet memories. Mr. Kurri's staff member Miss Ruchi also helped and coordinated everything well. Thanks a lot to Mr. Kurri and the driver Mr. Pintu for continuously updating me during the trip and for taking excellent care of my elderly Parents.
