Had the chance to try their breakfast and it was great! Must try their Nepali breakfast, Poori and pancakes. Room was average and not a 3 star as they claim. Ac was intermittently working and most often tricky to get it started.Staff was friendly but often seemed to be lost and confused. This a great place if you are just there to crash and get basic necessities and don't expect much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Utse Suites in Bangalore and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Jenny and Soni, were very helpful during my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to address any concerns or requests I had. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Utse for anyone visiting Bangalore. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Bangalore.

This hotel is absolutely un clean to stay no clean room no clean bathroom there's a mosquitos everywhere won't be able to sleep and every half n hour the staff and owner herself putting some chemicals when we complain about mosquitos and bad breathe coming from the bathrooms, it was horrible disasters stay for us.. when I ask the owner about this bad smell "she told me there's a sewage/Nala side and backside of the hotel that's the reason we get lots of mosquitos and that's why we used chemical Spray for them" I told her I can't even breathe in this smell and won't be able to sleep at all then she replied this is how it is sir, there's nothing we can do about it. I was so stunned and disappointed ? I will recommended this hotel not for stay during night at all.

Fine small clean safe hotel with spectacular staff, they make me feel like home, and very good restaurant at the ground floor, in a safe neighborhood . Next to market with clothes, fabrics, pasmina, sarre. Very close to the Comercial Street. Totally Recommended.

Good ambience and the lobby, restaurant and rooms were furnished well. Food was good and the service was excellent... the place was not crowded during our visit. The staff were polite and courteous.
