The taste of the food was quite good, the service was good also. The price was quite reasonable. I tried "mutton kosha" along plain rice, potato fries,eggplant fries, daal & mixed vegetables. And found out all of the items were nicely cooked, nit too much spicy but well. If anybody likes to have Bengali style food, then i would recommend to go there & pay a visit. Thank you😊

They don't have UPI or any electronic payment mode in this modern days, they only have Cash option. Food is not upto the mark. The things you are getting in a price of 80-90 they charge you near about 200-230. Where everyone is going for degital payment but they have only Cash Payment. Fill your pocket before you go there.

This restaurant is a complete fraud. The owner is extremely arrogant and lacks the minimum decency and courtesy required to deal with costumers. They cheat customers with statements like "1st meal" according to which only the initial serving of rice, dal and bhaji sums up for the displayed price. When one asks the waiters about a second serving, they assign that under the same price given that it's a "meal". But once the food is served they ask for the subsequent servings to be billed given that it's only "1st meal" according to their menu that amounts for the service. They're total cheats and the food ain't that good either. Further, the owner is extremely rude and treats customers like beggars at the billing counter. It's a big no ! #BoycottHotelSuruchi
