They say that they serve Authentic Bengali Cuisine, Yeah if you have never tasted Bengali food, even then you will find their food horrible. I don't think i ever tasted Bengali cuisine this weird, the flavours are too bland, as if it is just boiled and the extensive sugar they added in every dish ruined the complete flavour. Considering the price, it's quite high, Sorry, it's very high if you consider the food. Don't be swayed by the pics of the food. I gave it 2 stars just because of the restaurant's theme👍🏻.

Worst experience ever !!! there is a long list of food items in the menu book, but availability is limited. Food quality is simply Ok but staff's service and response is ZERO. If you order paid dishes, then it is Ok. But if you ask for repeat and unpaid dish like extra rice in Bengali thali, they will simply try to avoid. I didn't like it during my visit. I hope, they will improve the same in future

Fish is not as good as before. Quality has gone down drastically. The fish was served rotten and had blood on our plates. We have eaten at a lot of quality hotels however this one is not one of them.

Food is good, but if u are planning to have dinner after 8:30pm but not to go,as after 8:30pm they stop supplying Rice Thali and Charge huge in Individual items. At the time of order they use to say that 2peraon can share a Full Rice Plate of Rs.120 but at arrival you can observe totally different situations. A Full Plate Rice Thali can be taken by a student of class 5 alone. For an adult you need at least 1 full plate and a Half plate Price of Rs. 200 only on plain rice.

It was a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant in Jorhat dishing out authentic Bengali cuisines. The ambience, decor and service standards are at the best. Although the puritans might not rate the food completely as 'authentic Bengali', the food didn't disappoint at all. In case you are planning to visit, try the restaurant on a working day rather than on a Sunday, as it gets quite crowded.
