Total nonsense - it’s was a very very horrible experience, they showed up with a junk car at the airport, all damaged from outside and not at all clean, cars trunk was broken ( lock missing) and that’s when I decided not to go with the car, they said u can come to the parking with us and we will see what we can do, while going to the parking the car stopped 2 KMS from the airport because it had no diesel, finally after all the drama when I reached at the parking, it was basically a junk yard (Attached photo). They had no car that was in working condition and one of the employees said that Zoom sends all junk and end of life cars to the Patna location. Had lot of issues in canceling the booking also. Please don’t go for my humble advise, you will totally waste your time and energy with them.
