Well Experienced Trainer, He motivates and encourage everyone to do proper workouts, guides us to follow proper diet, Gym has all the essential equipments for both Cardio and Bodybuilding. Most importantly their charges are very nominal. Over all best place in Medavakkam to do work-out.
