The equipments are good but the trainer Abhishek is very much excellent. Abhishek is very gentle, polite and very down to earth. He use to support and guide his every students, never get frustrated even after asking the same thing again and again. He motivated me so many times. Being a beginner Many times it happened that I fell while working out but he supported me and said that this happens to everyone in the beginning. Abhishek is just 10/10
