To be frank, a total waste of money. The owner was rude and unpolite as if he was paying for our stay. Rooms were too hot and shabby. Bathrooms were disgusting. And the bed, pillow, sheets had a bad smell as well. Best option is to avoid this and go for other nearby resorts like neelakanta...etc

Do not choose this resort even if the rooms are cheap..the inconvenience faced by us- 1) First of all this resort have the worst customer service..the owner is very arrogant ,rude and keeps on ordering us and he keeps on watching us..what we are doing and all.. 2)There is a pool in which he didn't allow anyone to play in it,the owner took away our ball that we brought with us to play in pool..u can simply swim and thats all..not at all a good place to chill with friends or family 3) The rooms are okay but didn't provide any accessories such as bathing soap or shampoo,have fans but it doesn't have much speed..the rooms are like a microwave..u will get a bed bedsheet and a pillow..thats all 4) the rooms service is also the worst..and one of the staff entered our room in morning even before we vacated the room and some of our friends are even sleeping in it... 5)The rooms that we got is far anyway from the pool..in another compound..we cannot chill near the pool.. If you are looking for a place where you and your friends or family can enjoyba good time then choose anyouther resort other thsn this one.worst experience ever.

Do not choose this property, even if this is the last option to stay at Kovalam or Light house beach , the owner is extremely rude and racist he simply marked me as a disgusting North Indian just because I asked him to fix a good price for the property, absolute zero hospitality and zero welcoming nature. Now coming to the room , believe the other negative reviews these people aren't lying , room condition is absolutely terrible so many insects were there . See the images and decide for yourself.
