I always prefer to stay near to Bus Stand. Look for budget hotel. I found Hotel Prakash is best option to stay. Warm hospitality and friendly staff. Nice and clean hotel.

Booked the hotel through OYO. Called the hotel a day before and asked them if there would be any issues during check-in, they confirmed that there would be no issues and asked me to come. But upon reaching there they denied me check-in. Called the OYO customer care app they told me they were calling other nearby hotels for shift-in, but I have faced this issue with OYO 3-4 times and never once they were able to find another hotel for shift-in. They told me all they could do is refund. After that I posted the interaction immediately on Twitter and got a call from OYO that I got a successful shift-in to another hotel. It is a waste if you call OYO customer service, all you will get is a refund. So don't book this hotel from OYO.

Room facilities were very poor. The behavior of the staff was very bad towards the customers. The staff had no common sense to talk to the customer. All online customers were shown bad rooms and asked for additional charges for room upgrade. They wanted to charge more and more in the name of classic room tv ac wifi the room was full of bedbugs and mosquitoes. there was no cleanliness in the room An attempt is made to cheat the customer by looking at the requirement of the customer.

Lower quality rooms high price ..don't book through Oyo app because they don't follow any rules of Oyo. When you reach at hotel they asked for extra charge although payment is already done through the app. Otherwise they said no rooms are available after a successful booking. Poor management Worst experience ever...
