The actual name of this hotel is Apple. Staffs were very much arrogant. We booked the hotel around 2 months before our trip. But when we reached there, we are informed that they alloted our room to other people. After many communication they alloted one room to us. But this was not that room we booked through online.After that they started to behave with us very badly. They didn't provide any single glass of water .One night around 10pm we asked them for a bottle of water , but the staff very rudely said that they didn't provide anything to us. Even we didn't get any complentary breakfast, for which we had already paid.This is not a 3 star hotel. This is a hell.

They keep tie up with other hotels like oyyoo etc. If I can select Apple hotel then it is good. Road facing rooms are so nice. They are tied up with another restaurant. Don't expect good food. Just for staying and all it is good. Food u can order trough order wala or food panda apps.

Nice Hotel. Room is Spacious. They will not give complementary breakfast on the first day even if you reach at morning, it is provided from the second day onwards. Food taste is Good.

3 star because, apple is written when you book online but you find vistaram on the board. becomes difficult to locate. service is good. affordable price. Breakfast buffet is 3/5. decent enough. rooms are clean.

Nice service of the hotel, It has in house catering facility, Nice restaurant attached in the hotel. KFC is operated within the building. Cellar parking is good. Free services like Water bottles and others given only we ask for it.
