Doctors & Nursing Staffs are very friendly, responded very well. Admin and insurance department are very co-operative. Overall very good experience at the hospital. There is no such medical facilities available in any other place of western odisha.

No doubt the doctor treatment is good, but after the initial treatment from emergency their decision is quite possessive towards the hospital development only not for the patient's xonditions. Even patient suffering from only normally fever they admitted & charges a lot of money unnecessarily. When they ask for the report even they are not able to provide postive report for which patient not able to claim their insurance. Worst experiences ever from such a multispecialiry hospital where about all the population of qestern odisha depends upon.

Excellence service by Vikash Bargarh. Thanks to all staff for prompt service . Special thanks to Dr Nilamani Patra for an outstanding service and our baby is now 100% fit . The only issues is being admitted in TPA hospital asked us to bring the medicine by ourselves. All the dept and most important the service by TPA desk is excellent.

Good service and good care. Really the doctors are the messenger of God. The God has made them the God of the modern period. The staff are also very silent in nature and that silence is the most powerful medicine for a patient. I am satisfying all staff in this hospital. Thank you.

Good hospitality and helpful staff One request Washroom of ICU area should clean in every 2-3hrs for better hygiene. Emergency area should have a proper waiting area with washroom. Rest are good.kindely look into these small things which may increase the image of this organisation.
