It was a mess, no appointment system or slot booking, not available on practo too. the lady who picks up the phone is always in hurry to drop the call. I had to call thrice to complete my quarry. Doctor came at 1015 whereas he was supposed to start at 0930. Seems he wants the queue to form before he comes. Doctor is average and ok. its actually you do not have much options in this city so that ways you can call him best in city. I would like to suggest to doctor to better the queue system and also start slot booking else you will end up seeing the village patients only and people who have migrated to this city from other parts of country will continue to struggle and will remain forced to go to delhi/panipat or nearby cities for consultations. Five stars for the consultation charges. Its very nominal and lesser in comparison to other parts of the country.

Today I went to hospital 1.35 pm hospital timing are 1.30 receptionist did not make my receipt she refused. She asked for 500 rs emergency fee. Is it a humanity? I requested many times but she and a boy they refused to make my slip. Worst experience I had to go to other hospital. Date 22 February ,2023.
