Joining the centre is a sheer pleasure. Ms. Kanika is the most dedicated, understanding and supportive coach. A variety of workouts are offered and each session is highly enjoyable. Professional coaches for zumba and yoga are there to help in the journey of fitness and lifestyle improvement.
