It is a good place to workout. The floor trainers are proactive and helpful and the staff is polite. The music is always banging and they have ample equipments to get things done! Locker and shower areas are well maintained and cleaned thoroughly.

Dec’22 - I put my membership on hold due to a back injury. Mar’23 - tried going back and came to know that they have forfeited my security without telling me over email or call. The receptionist called her manager and he wasn’t available so they didn’t let me workout that day and I had to go home. Terrible service and lack of empathy for customers.

The most ridiculous gym ever. We’ve gone thrice, yet no one from the sales team is ever there or calls back regarding our queries. They don’t have any annual or quarterly packages. Take a 3.5k deposit and ask for around 3.5k per month, which is really high for the locality and other gyms. It looks great and have good equipment but no point if they aren’t welcoming new members or responding to queries.
