It is a goood fitness centre and gym and the trainers are also well experienced and help us throughout the workout and the prices for the packages are at a reasonable rate too.

Fitness gym with modern equipment and helpful coaches unisex gym for both ladies and gents timings are 1 hour for each batch and very near to mallapally

Been a member of this gym since a while now , must say it’s quite neat with good equipment’s . Trainer is quite experienced and helps us achieve our goals in a sustainable manner . The atmosphere is comfortable as well , probably the best gym in VNC area .
