Staff are not trained well. With your room key you can easily open anyone's elses room. No in room tea maker or any other stuff. No in house restaurant or café. Breakfast was provided at the morning with tea served in a mug rather than a pot. The blanket given to us was torn. The bath fitting were either loose or broken. Latches or locks from inside of bathroom was missing. Very poor quality of wi-fi. Basic needs like salt etc is unavailable. The glow sign board of the hotel is so small that it can't be spotted with ease. My word is simply stay away from this property.

Got a good option when searched for Oyo rooms in Capital City of Kerala. Satisfied with the place and food we got there. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. But both the place and food were too good. House keeping is a bit week in terms of upkeeping the property. But the attitude of the staff were exceptional.

For the price range (1200s) it's a very good place to stay and relax. Although you have to walk some distance to get descent place to eat. You can request for City view rooms and it is quite good. The staff is helpful also. If you book for complimentary breakfast, it will not be served at your room; you have to go to a restaurant nearby. Other good thing is the Thampanoor bus station and Trivandrum central railway station are very close by.

I have booked a room from 19-21 April 18 for Rs.3700/-(approx). When I checked in on 19 night there was nobody to help. They simply tossed the key card and the rest for us do. Even though the package includes breakfast, no breakfast served. Service very poor. Not worth the money paid.

The front desk guy regretted me that the room is not booked for me even after i shown my goibibo booking id. Not a trained guy. Further to that i asked for towel and wait for 1 hrs for getting that. I had made 3 follow up calls for getting the towel. Bath room is not good. Room is ok. Very bad behavior of staffs
