Very worst rooms. I have booked through Makemytrip, the images shown on the app and reality is different. The rooms are not cleaned and cockroaches are running inside the room and restroom. The bed and blankets are not cleaned properly. After informing the front desk they changed the room but that room is also having the same problem. Don't fall for the images.

Bad Experience in terms of room quality and staff support. And they take extra charge for the third person and doesn't even provide you with extra mattress and blanket.

Pathetic,poor room condition, No hot water availability, No WiFi, receptionist & room service handling by a boy who don't have any manner, before check out they send a carpenter to room to repair the door without consent from guest, i am waiting outside to complete the work so that I can collect my things and check out.
