Please don't go to Lake Mall Thai spa. Go to Quest Mall or alipore. I am forced to say this after years of being their customer. It's just a place to get cheated & looted. The therapist isn't experienced at all. She doesn't even know how to do hot stone massage. But the manager didn't bother to mention this. The therapist talked non stop. Couldn't switch off the lights. Kept dropping things. Argued at a point that she couldn't massage with the stones coz it wasn't the right temp. Am I supposed to monitor the temp?? She also finished off 20 mins earlier. When I pointed out she went & checked with the manager & then kind of passed the time. She asked me tokeep a check on the time!! The new manager is equally bad.

Good spa service, but low bed is not available, so the therapist is reluctant to give thai dry massage, instead offering oil one. There is one improvement too, few years back, there was complain that bogus offers were made by therapists, those problems are largely absent now, thanks to Covid pandemic.
