zero maintenance. Water logging in the bathrooms, taps coming into our hands while using. Commods flush was also not working properly. There was no proper hot water facility. Cleaning service was very poor had to remind multiple times to clean common area and rooms. The floor tiles on steps were broken chances of falling is high. TV was also not working. No wifi and intercom facility was also not available. It was difficult to contact the facility person. No proper response from the management.

Don't book this hotel, we book for our trip one month ago, and pay full amount . Today after long drive and finally arrived hotel. But they told us , your booking cancel by hotel, any issue talk to booking agent. Because the got the wedding group guest, so they go for group and cancel our booking without notice in advance. This is not acceptable. For your safety, don't book this hotel.
