The hotel is good, but it's best part is it's staff who are professional, polite and humble. A special mention to Ms. Kiranjeet from reception who handled our difficulties with a professionalism worth a 7 star hotel. Throughout our reservation procedure (which had too many complexities) Ms. Kiranjeet never lost her patience, nor showed any signs of irritation. Kudos to the hotel for having such professional staff
