The manager was so rude.. My friend have booked a room via mobile by paying 399 . But when he reaches there the manager ask 1150 more money to book a room. He says that you pay that money online but it's not the actual amount and when my frnd tell that he didn't have enough money and asks his money back manager tells I didn't get your money you paid it online so go and get it from your phone. I don't know how to. The behaviour of the manager was also so rude and he is a slow person waste a lot of time of my friend. My frind check in there at night 10 and asks tha manger to just let him stay at check in hall till morning on behalf of money he pays online. But the manager didn't let him rest there for at least 10 minutes. He suffers a lot due to the online scam or so called hotels rule or something else.

Worst and rude staff. Oyo doesn't listen to them. They doesn't listen to oyo and customer becomes victim of their issues. If you have booked through Oyo please carry double the amount of that otherwise they will not allow to stay.
