One of my best stays ever. Booked 2 rooms. Mr. Mohan has maintained the property like a charm. The cleanliness and the location is USP of this property. Don't miss the home cooked food prepared. I can't tell in words how tasty the food was. Special thanks to caretaker who went one step ahead and took care of us whenever we required anything. Looking forward to my next Kotagiri trip.

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast! The owner is also very courteous and makes you feel at home. The property is great for a relaxing weekend where you can just laze in bed with delicious food! There is a room on each floor and the rooms on the first and second floor can be preferred. This property satisfies the definition of a holiday home. If you need to rejuvenate with peace and quiet then this is the place for you!

The Den is located in a quaint little place right after Kotagiri town. The place is surrounded by magnificent view of the tea estates. The rooms are quite clean with standard facilities that include regular supply of hot water, toiletries, etc. Our host Mr. Mohan was very kind in explaining the directions to this place and recommended some lovely places in and around Kotagiri. I must mention that Mr Graden is truly a master chef dished out some amazing chicken soup & chicken curry & chapatis which would leave anyone desire for more. All in all this is a lovely place to stay if you are travelling with family or friends :)

Without doubt one of the favorite homestays I stayed during my time in kotagiri Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the cook Mr Granden deserves a special thanks for the wonderful menu he offered We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Rajesh we truly enjoyed walking. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment . also visited the Sundati and Catherine Falls which is bliss to the eyes
Note, this is not a 4 or 5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the owner of the Den Mr Mohan kumar who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
P. S. they in fact have pick up facilities from the nearest airport Coimbatore and the railway stations

This is one of the best home stay you could ever get in Kotagiri. Located in a beautiful place overlooking the tea gardens. The best part of staying here is the home styled cooked food. You literally have your personal cook who makes a hygenic food and you have option of giving your preferences.
There are three rooms which are super comfortable and cozy. The beds are so comfortable and toilets are extremely clean.
This place is real home away from home with doze of luxury added to it.
If you are planning a visit to Ooty or Kotagiri with your family or friends, this is the place to be.
