Naveen is a great service manager who attended me inspite of the busy day Saturday
I got my car serviced from Bangalore and was driving from Bangalore to mysore the car was showing some service light
I wanted to get things checked if there is any problem
Naveen tried to help me out from his full potential
Checked the car took test drives also used obd to detect faults and suggested fix, this was the sensor issue for which part was not available.
I am humbled by his generosity and taking out time for these such cases

I was travelling with my family from back to BANGALORE, My boot lock got some Issie was not locking. Luckily this center was near by. I personally want to thank Me. Jeevan B. S. CRM of center. He helped me & got it rectified.No question asked no money or any other charges were asked as warranty der.
I m amazed by the responsibility n PROFFESIONAL way of dealing. Making sure no inconvenience happen to clients. Also Mr. Sashi n other staff very professional. Good to c that services of Tata improved lot.

Owning a TATA car is nothing but serving our country and quality of TATA car especially Harrier ca nmn't be matched with any other car makers and service at Lakshmipuram and hebbal is very good friendly especially Naveen kumar MD at Lakshmipuram SC and Vineet @hebbal sathish@hebbal does a very good job..
