I didn't stay here, but wanted to book here for 2 months seeing reviews. After calling for the 5th time they said it's confirmed but nothing was sent as confirmation, I called so many times to send something as proof atleast once but never responded. I reached TVM(Trivandrum) and called several times to send location (because they had two locations, google was showing only one), but as usual it was zero response. It was a worst customer service even before I come, so dropped the plan to your place and searched for best one who was responsive and kind enough (which I got in less than a day). But I'm very thankful to you still, because of your irresponsibility I got a best place to stay ?.

Whenever we had the opportunity to visit trivandrum we used to stay in stayzone apartment bec of the standard, cleanliness but this time im totally unhappy with their service,balcony is completely unusable as it is covered in bird excrement ?. No wifi, no cable connection.arrogant security guards.

Spacious 2 BHK furnished apartment. Good for family stay. Need improvement in certain areas. Lot of dust was present on sofas. No toiletries like shampoo or soap was present. Heater was not working.

A good place in near the assembly. I stayed here for the mrcp exams held at hilton. Its just opposite to. Now coming to the place, the place is a studio apartment. Clean and neat. Good air con. There is a small balcony from where we can see hilton. The service is okey. Food we need to order or maybe eat out. Good value for money. If you need to visit trivandrum for anything official, id recommend this place.

The best comfortable stay at heart of the city. I have been to Trivandrum many times and don't know why I missed this place till date.. The location is the master piece. Just opp hotel Hilton near nabard and cantonment police station. I booked a single apartment and reached there at early morning 2 o clock. Mr Jayakrishnan - a cool and courteous person- didn't mind my call at that odd time and guided me correctly to the place. The single bhk apartment is cozy with a living room, dressing place, well stocked kitchen and a good air conditioned bed room. There are no negatives and we really enjoyed the stay, will come back and will recommend to everybody.
