Very nice bank. Customer service is good. Computer is available for customer emergency use. Quite and com atmosphere. Direct Money Withdrawal is very easy. Staff approach are good. Hospitality is excellent. Sofas are available for customer at waiting time. Outside SBI ATM and 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking are available.

Earlier I use to Bank with other Private banks in India and Now I am banking with SBI NRI Trichy Branch (exclusively for NRI's). I can't believe it SBI NRI branch, Trichy is so friendly, professional and approachable. Big Shocking but its True.
I have always found their customer service outstanding, both in branch and on phone. The Internet banking is easy to use and the chat support is good too.
I need to specially mention about the Branch manager V Miruna and her team always outstanding in the customer service and easy to approach them and more importanly to receive prompt reply and guidance. I am really happy to bank with SBI NRI Trichy branch and I have started converting all my Indian banking to SBI NRI. My parents still bank with SBI other branches and Private bank but still they feel SBI NRI branch is more friendly and has good customer service.
Great customer service by Ms Miruna and her Team in SBI NRI Branch. Would highly recommend.
