Dear sir I am following up through one of the ICICI bank representative for a housing loan since 4 months. from your esteemed Changanassery branch. From the bigning I clarified thru the person I was processing about the chances of getting the loan. But since 4 months nothing happened and he made me submit lots of documents which took lots of time and money. I had lots of hope with ICICI which in put me biggest dilemma. The person really really gave biggest hope and really a poor service which never expected from an organization like ICICI bank staff. Thank you very Much ?

Service is pathetic..they only need sales from you . i just went for activating my aunts account wih her with all proofs. They just told to call customer care. As a banker and i have also worked in same bank i know branch process is very simple. But they dont want to do any work or service, just sales
