A very hygiene environment in the gym and friendly interaction with trainer. The training session are great and guided by the most experienced certified trainer feroz abdul along with his attentive training helps me to be injury free.Not only being professional trainer but a good nutritionist,In past he suggested good nutrition diets which helps me a lot in my fat loss journey,The swift equipment in the house is very effective in targeting muscle. I recommend this gym for those who looking for start their fitness journey and to see the new environment in gym in this crisis time who look for a hygiene and clean environment place to build their muscle and there are various range of Trainings which helps in both weight loss and muscle building. Check out the new gym in the town, wish you a happy fitness.
