Rather calling it as a Hospital, we need to call it as Clinic. When we go at 9:30 AM they say Doctor will come only at 10 AM and same at 6:30 PM. Second, even they don't have a duty doctor. Better it is a Clinic with scheduled time to consult a doctor.
