It was a fantastic experience at Sphurti Yoga Centre. It has had a great effect on my body and mind. It improved my physical strength, flexibility and helped reduce my stress levels. Overall it has been an excellent event. Saurabh sir is very patient and good instructor, he knows how to balance the class so it is not too easy or difficult.

Spurti Power Yoga Studio gave me just what I was looking for, it allowed me to relax, settle my thoughts and work on my mobility and flexibility. Saurabh sir is indeed a positive person with a really calming voice.Apart from yoga practices knowledge sessions from saurabh sir has enhanced my thinking process. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Being a regular practioner at Spurti Power Yoga Studio, I must say it is one of the best centre in Akola, everyday different yoga styles get practiced which really relaxes body, mind and breath. Apart from Yoga, regular 'Knowledge Session' from Saurabh Sir also enhances your thought process, personality etc. Anyone thinking to join must join it without further delay for Amazing results.
