Pathetic service and uncalled behaviour by the cash incharge. We asked for what will be ready within 10 mins and said Madala Dosa will be. Made us wait for half an hour and said we had waited only 15 mins after which we asked them to cancel the order if it's not ready yet and they quickly responded okay. We have always admired supported a local business as this and will continue to do so but owners please take some note as to the behavior of your staffs. ?

Hi, This is Rimti Baruah,a regular customer of your restaurant. I mailed you to give a complaint about your staff insurce and manager. Today, me and my friends went to your resturant.We orderd food and enjoyed the food. At the time of paying bill, hotel staff gave only a single bill for all of us but we wanted to pay the bill separately. We asked the staff the give us the bill separately but they started misbehaving us. One of my friends started crying becuase of your staff members. They treated us very badly with bad words. They don't have any respect for customers. They don't want to listen to us. As we are your regular customer,we deserve some respect. So kindly please look into the matter seriously
