Universal waste of visit
Due to an emergency i came for halt, Its a third class residency, The worst residency experience ever, as per google reviews we arrived and its not worth in any manner poor room quality, no hot water, lift wont work at all and staffs are foolish cumbersome and cultureless no cooperative for any kind of help it is not as you see what you see in the pictures.
I saw most of the rooms are filled with drunkers and lorry drivers i would suggest you to avoid such places to stay for a family.

A standard lodge basics only it's an extension of a buildings upper floors used as lodge.you feel like u r in a closed space no air circulation in rooms and corridoors

This residency is located near the Kannur Mall. They offer quality rooms at moderate price. There are major restaurants located near this residency also it is not far from Kannur railway station and new bus stand.
