I wish there was something below a single star.
Worst hotel experience of my life, please do not check in here, even if someone offers rooms for free.
We booked two rooms here, the rooms did not have basic sanitation, it appeared that the rooms were not broomed and moped for months.
They did not have proper drinking water facility, gave an additional mattress after making us wait for three hours.
The room was full of mosquitos, please hold- all the plug sockets in our room were fused, and therefore there was no hope of Allout or mosquito repellent, we had to descend down four stories to get our phone charged.
Throughout the night the voltage kept going regularly, thus stifling the speed of fan and making it unbearable.
The worst was yet to come , exactly at 1-00pm in the night, the hotel water tank got empty and taps went out of supply. We had to reach Jagannath temple exactly at 6-30, however by the grace of hotel management our family was struggling hard to answer nature's call, finally the water supply from tank started at 6-00 morning, as such we could reach the temple more than an hour late.
The staff and manager were completely unprofessional, quarrelsome, untruthful and misbehaved.
They have only one staff personel who is their toilet cleaner as well as cook as well as attendent, when the taps went out of supply the person adviced us to bath in the sea. The manager, who is also the owner, was so unprofessional and unethical that despite all this suffering, he kept pressing for some minor charges, such as extra mattress which he gave us after making us wait for hours and hours for it.
Overall hotel experience in Monalisa, is not just a wastage of money but also a lifetime hell-like experience.
Please do not ever venture entering this hell.

Worst hotel, no service, no lights, broken telephone and owners is also a chor, booking amount will be forfeotted without staying....coz u will get nothing to stay....

Rooms are ok but you should go during off-season since they are charging very high for such small rooms. They are also saying that they have no contact with OYO when demand is very high still this hotel is remaining available in OYO's website. So be careful while booking, take full confirmation from the receptionist first by call. You may lose your money! Rather you should also check other websites like Yatra or MakeMyTrip.

Mark this place. Whatever happens in your life, don't ever turn to this place. Staffs are good except that everything else are worst about the hotel. Sorry it cannot be called a hotel.
