Location is a 2 star only because it's 1 min away from metro, walk is through a smelly back lane.

Unclean bedding, we asked them to change the sheets and pillow cases while we were out. They didn't. We had to call them again to do so. Even then the bedding they replaced were still dirty. No toiletries were provided, no complimentary water bottles were given. Bad experience

Please do not ever come to this hotel. The owner is the biggest fraud in the world. even after booking for the hotel from make my trip the owner still demands extra money and when we were ready to pay that and asked for an invoice in return the owner misbehaved and said that the room has been allotted to someone else. This guy is a cheat and deserves to be jailed for such terrible customer service. I would have given 0 stars if possible. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER..

After reaching there the receptionist did not allow us as one of us forgot to carry our adhaar hard copy, he asked us to cancel the booking and said the payment will be refunded within 24 hours but it's been 6days I did not received any refund amount. This is not good, I paid 1485/- for the booking it got cancelled. I paid 1200/- again while check-in. It's a total loss

Do NOT prefer this. The hotel manager started demanding extra money even after the room was booked on Oyo. He could have either exited the platform or switched off discounts for his property, if he wasn't comfortable for giving it at a certain price point. Instead he kept us waiting despite showing the booking confirmation from Oyo.
He had 3 different reasons in a span of 30 minutes -
1) Oyo price point not acceptable to him, when I initially spoke after reaching the location.
2) When Oyo person called, he said it is early check-in and hence he didn't allow me.
3) When I put the Oyo person on speaker and spoke to the hotel manager, he said the rooms are under maintenance.
Clearly, he was hell bent on selling at a different price point.
Do NOT recommend anyone.
