I have approached this centre for Microblading.I got great experience as a first timer.The service that I received is excellent.Now I having my brows so defined shapes on my whole face.The staffs were all are very friendly and helpful.They comfort my mind at the time of procedure.I am totally 100% satisfied with the service??

Visited the place for wart removal. The doctor used the laser to remove it. That was about 3 weeks back and now it has disappeared without a trace. Fully satisfied. Giving 4 stars since there's an issue with time management. The facility is very good with a lot of space and friendly staff. But be ready to patiently wait for your turn!!

Procedure Success: 2/5. Procedure: closing ear piercing with acid. This did not work for me even after 3 sittings. Still open. I recommend opting for stitching or asking more questions about this process. Cleanliness: 5/5 Cost: If the procedure worked I would say the 3000Rs was well spent. But it did not. Reception Desk : 2/5 poor response to chat queries, inability to correlate phone calls and in person visits, inconsistent billing. Better training highly recommended. Other Staff: 4/5 Courteous service. Better explanation of what to expect, no. of visits required, total expense etc upfront would be helpful.

The doctor is pretty reliable, and all of my treatments have been great and that's why I kept going to this clinic but I'm not sure I'll do that anymore. I'm typing this review while I'm waiting for my consultation which I had called and booked yesterday via phone. I was given a slot from 10 to 10.30 am today and I arrived on time but here I am, at 11.41, and there's still 5-6 people left for me to get to my turn, as most of them require procedures that take at least 30-45 minutes. And this is not the first time also,. I have been coming here for the past several years and this has been the case every time. It usually ends with me asking them to return my 500rs consultation fees, them saying they "can't refund it so wait for a bit more", and me again having to wait for another hour. One time I came for a 5 pm appointment and left at 7.30 pm. And I always call and ask them to give a proper slot so that I don't waste my time. For a clinic as reputed as this one, you'd think they'd have a better system of booking appointments. Like scheduling long procedures on specific days of the week or booking consultations on specific days so that people who are there for only 15-20 minutes and get their job done and leave fast. Because we also have other commitments and making your clients wait for this long is just not acceptable in a time like this. Our jobs don't get done by themselves. And what is even the use of giving me a time slot when it doesn't work/you don't stick to it. And just the fact that even after 3-4 years this is how they manage their appointment means that they're not even bothered with trying a new system to make things easier for us. At least hire one or two more consultants so that small sessions can be done fast.
Ps- it took me some 20 minutes to type this review out properly, not leaving out anything, and STILL it's not my turn. I can even see a senior citizen who's been waiting here for the past hour. There seems to be other reliable dermats online if you search in Instagram, so if you're someone who's short on time and not jobless, my kind advice would be for you to not go here and find someone who can do an online appointment.
