I consulted Dr Bhumita for dietary advice a month ago. I have noticed significant changes in my body and mind. I am feeling much lighter, energetic. The belly fat has reduced to almost scaphoid abdomen. The frequency of migraine headaches has reduced significantly. The acid reflux issue and the gastric discomfort are far better.
