Over the time, improved service but frequent technical issues & resolution takes a long time. They hiked the price during lockdown & nobody responds to outage going on for days.

Please do not take this company internet...such a pathetic internet connection....very bad...they give u d plan of 20 mbps and the actual speed is only 2 mbps...the internet crases every 2 hrs...if u take the connection they will open speedtest and show u that the speed is 20 mbps but it is not so...that speed is of their server and then it divided between the subscribers...so please avoid this internet connection...i dont wat to give even a single star because this company does not even deserve one star...

They don't have any _raw bandwidth to provide anyone. It will be no use whether you take 50mbps OR 100mbps. They all set their phone in busy mode whenever any issue started. They don't want to communicate with customers. They don't even care if line disconnect in out of office hour. They even don't provide updates for real time issues. Overall worst experience with starnet/Shen ki telecom.

Any plan you purchase from these guys, you will end up getting their basic plan. For instance, I have paid for 25mbps plan, I got 18-20 Mbps for first week, however after that I am getting anywhere between 0-3 Mbps. No one on the office receive your calls, all complaint mobile numbers are switched off.
