Comfortable home stay come hotel. Restaurent is not there but stay is very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Around 3 KM from Trivendrum central and International Airport.

Royz destination... The best to stay... I stay there for 2 days... The location is very nice greenry location... main thing is that couple friendly hotel... And is issue is that food is not availbale in hotel u have to order from out side but hotel staff will give menu of hotel or u can order from ur side also.... If u e going then stay over there ??

I booked this place trusting the OYO flagship since I already stayed at their other property in Trivandrum, but how wrong I was. The lady manager has no basic decency to talk to the guest and doesn't have the patience to even hear out the concern. Nevertheless I sorted it over with the OYO customer care. Highly disappointed with the attitude.
