Hotel location and room is also good. Taken only breakfast which was complimentary and it had very limited menu, ideally, puri, or bread.staff behavior is very good and they are ready to do any help. It's a very old, but renovated property and O enjoyed my stay there.

Had the misfortune of going to this hotel for dinner on 24 Jan 2020. The restaurant is a breeding room for mosquitoes. There were atleast a thousand mosquitoes in the hall, feasting on the guests. The food was sub standard and forgettable. I should say the staff was apologetic and doing their best in the given circumstance. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Good rooms and location is spot on from the city. But the cleanliness could have been better. Specially the toilets. Cordial staff. Once i had an issue of making the whole payment and booking the hotel. It was confirmed but when arrived at the hotel they were saying all rooms are over its overbooked and u have to leave and check for other hotel which was a terrible situation and a very bad act from the side of the hotel.

Good Room. Easy to reach. Breakfast quality is average. Providing a good restaurant service. Easy to accessible to the main attractions in TVM. Bed linen was not clean as much expected. Bathroom also good. Especially the staffs behavior was pretty good. Really helpful staffs.

Some foods are really great while some others are not up to the mark now a days . Every food used to be marvellous when the hotel just started. Reduce the oil content in fried items. Kadala curry didn't seem to be nice when I visited the last time. Appam, kappa, puttu, chicken perrattu were so delicious ??
